What kind of personal information do we collect and why?

Hotel services

We process your personal data to provide you with our basic hotel service -  providing an accommodation . If you do not provide us with the necessary personal data, you will not be able to receive our services.  We have statutory hotel obligations, including the obligation to identify our customer. We are required to determine if you are the person you are impersonating.

Your personal data from hotel registration form is stored for 2 years.

We use video surveillance and process your personal data when you visit our hotel, both for your personal safety and the safety of our employees, clients, and property. Video surveillance records are stored in our systems till 7 days.

In order to fulfil our obligations towards you, (for example, to provide a reservation of accommodation), we will transfer your personal data to companies that provide us with services. We carefully check all service providers (data processors) that handle your personal data on behalf of us.
